We do not offer returns or exchanges so please be mindful of this when placing your order.
We take pride in carefully checking and packaging your gift boxes with the utmost care. If an item has been damaged in transit, The Curated Hamper will provide you a replacement or full refund. We ask that you email us at email@example.com to obtain prior approval for returns. Please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving the goods and supply your invoice number, a description of the damaged item and photo as well as your contact details. Upon reviewing the provided information, we will be in contact to provide the appropriate solution.
Items must be returned in their original condition in order to receive a replacement or refund on faulty or incorrect products, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind purchases.
The Curated Hamper does not take responsibility for the cost of returning the products, and we recommend tracking your return.
